School rules
PROMOTING RESPECT BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS AND IMPROVING THE LIVES OF EACH OTHER
The school rules, voted by the School Council, are established in accordance with the general provisions set out by the French Ministry of Education, and according to the general principles of the French education system which is based on values that everyone at the Lycée Français de Düsseldorf must respect.
At the beginning of the year and in each class, the school rules are read and explained to the students who must sign them, along with their parents.

- Duty of tolerance and respect for the person and beliefs of others
- Equal opportunities and treatment for girls, boys and students from all backgrounds
- Guaranteed protection against all forms of psychological, physical or moral violence and the duty of everyone not to use any violence
