Registrations are made online via eduka.

How to register
Selection of meals
The choice of days is made at the time of registration for the canteen.
As from the start of the school year in January, the choice of canteen days can be modified during the first week of the school year and will be valid until the end of the school year.
In the event of late arrival at the school, registration for half-board must be made no later than the day of arrival.
Registration is annual.

Garderie registration for the year 2023-2024
In partnership with AWO.DUS GmbH, the LfiSV offers for the school year 2023/2024 childcare services from 2.30 p.m. until 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except school holidays), on the school premises. Activities may be offered during certain school holidays.

How to register
Interested families are kindly requested to complete the forms below (to be downloaded) and to attach the following documents to the file:
- childcare hours
- direct debit authorisation
- authorisation for reception of the child
- current certificate of liability insurance 2023
- current copy of health booklet / vaccination booklet / medical certificate – in all cases, protection against measles must be indicated
- current proof from the employer that both parents are employed (only for Pre-school)
The completed and signed application form should be sent by e-mail exclusively as a PDF file to AWO.DUS GmbH: sabine.adam@awo-dus.de or patricia.schwarz@awo-duesseldorf.de

Payment
As stated in the contract, services are invoiced by direct debit on a monthly basis.

A supplement of €6,50 will be charged each month in addition to the childcare fee to cover the costs of play materials, hygiene products or bricolage items used.
Ad hoc registration
It is possible to benefit from a punctual garderie service in case of emergency, whether your child is registered at the garderie at other times or not (until 6.00 pm at the latest).
To do so, please return the form, duly completed and signed, exclusively in PDF format, by e-mail to sabine.adam@awo-dus.de or nicole.kuehnert@awo-dus

Registration for Garderie during school holidays
AWO.DUS GmbH also organises a daycare centre during certain weeks of the school holidays, according to the dates below.
This service is open to all primary school children ( pre-school to CM2), whether or not they are already registered for the regular day care centre.
The opening of this service is subject to the registration of a sufficient number of pupils (at least 10 children).

After-school activities APS
Physical activities are an integral part of school life and of the learning process of our pupils. They are led by experienced coaches who offer our pupils sports, cultural, artistic or linguistic activities in French, German or English.

Registration
– 48 Euro to be transferred to the school’s account.
– Certificate of payment of the extra contribution to be requested from the administrative office.
– You can now click on the link here to subscribe to the SchokoTicket.
You will receive the SchokoTicket at your home address within five working days.
The amount of 38 € per SchokoTicket is deducted monthly from your account by the Rheinbahn.

Renewal
– Please transfer the special annual fee of 47 € per SchokoTicket to the school account.
– The amount of 38 € per SchokoTicket will then be deducted monthly from your account by the Rheinbahn.
– If the annual contribution is not transferred, the subscription will not be extended.
Termination
The subscription can be terminated at the end of each calendar month:
– Please send an e-mail to abo@rheinbahn.de and hand in the SchokoTicket.
– The SchokoTicket must be returned to the Rheinbahn immediately, otherwise you will have to pay a fee of € 10.
Loss or destruction
You can get a new SchokoTicket at the customer service centre of the Rheinbahn for € 10. Please take your student card with you.
School bursary
For those benefiting from an individual transport bursary, the annual SchokoTicket fee can be covered by the bursary.

Important
The student card (Schülerausweis) must be presented in addition to the SchokoTicket at public transport checks.
New students must apply for a Schülerausweis at the beginning of the school year. A passport photo is required for this purpose.
